Hi, I’m hoping to go away with my boyfriend in September this year. It’s our first holiday in three years so we really want to go somewhere beautiful and relaxing with sandy beaches but we’d like to stay in Europe. We were thinking about the French Riviera/ Cote D’Azur but I’ve heard that there is no sand on the beach in Nice and St Tropez is too expensive. We’d rather not go to the Spanish Costas or anywhere that is too crowded and tacky. If anyone can recommend the French Riviera or has any other suggestions for destinations, I’d love to hear them!

I would prefer something nice with an ocean view, but the ocean view is not a necessity.
I am especially interested in the St Tropez region, but would consider many areas along the coast.
I am looking for something $2,000/mo or under and a good value for the money.
