I need help for a project for art?

    clay might be a good idea if it’s not too big. if you’re making a big one i suggest using 4 pieces of cardboard. draw one side of the eiffel tower and cut out 4 matching pieces, one for each side. then just glue them together. ^_^

    make the arc de triomphe and have the golf ball roll under the arc de triomphe and land in a hole next to the eiffel tower

    Use coroboard. It is a sort of plastic cardboard. People that make signs would know about it. It is easy to cut and it is flexible.
